FORMAT it in phoenix...if formating doesn't work the flash ic is damage and must be replaced in a new one...

i r sure u it will work..

flash ic's is 4 not 3,and the firmware is inside all of them.
try the 3650 repair solution

no.
i have 5 pcs without to fix any of them.the "6600fullerase fia" is not working with griffin(older versions also).

Yes its 4,im sorry! but i try 3650 solution many times,but its not work...

griffin can flash 6600 but phones with "contact retailer" can't format it
