Arrow 6600 nokia key not working 6,7,8,9 and red one

hi i have 6600 there is key not working i chang both ic near keypad connector but 6,7,8,9 and red botton not working help me plz urgent

Simply change the both keypad IC.
But before change the IC try to heat on both IC's with help of flux.
