6620 failed to start... Please HELP! - GSM-Forum

I bought a 6620 two weeks ago. Last night before I charge it, I remove the battery without turning it off. Then I put the battery again and turn it ON but it failed to start. There's only a white screen. What do you think happened to my phone. How can I fix it. Is there a hard reset or something that anyone knows. Or this phone needs to be flashed. Pleeeease HELP!

Hi Azam... thanks for your reply. I don't know anything about flashing phones, but I'm willing to learn if you would teach me. I bought a dejan flasher 1.07 for DCT3 and I installed rolis ver 4.78 to my laptop. When I plug in the cable it said it need a port support to work in XP. Where do I get that port support? Is that a driver. ANyway for my 6620 I think I will let the experts flash it for me. But can you teach me some basic knowlege about flashing. Thanks.

no no no man thats all dct3 set software like 3310 3210 6210 3330 8210 5210 etc......
u r set is 6620 this set in dct4

u wnat dct4 software like tornado ufs3 griffin protogi etc......

for 6610 6620 6600 7210 7250 3650etc............ only in dct4 thats mean u must buy new software or send u r set to any mobile repairing shope
and any thing u want now about mobile repairing u welcome in this fourm this is nice forum in mobile forums u no any time u welcome we r all help u any problem of mobile any thing in mobile any time

Hi Azam. Do u have any idea where to get the latest flash files for my 6620? I went to a repair shop recently but they don't have the software for 6620. Thanks man.
