7210 dead after Hot-Air resolder - GSM-Forum

I got a 7210 with no function on keyboard, so i resoldered the Z300 with Hot-Air.

Now the phone is dead, there is no visible damage or anything.

Any idea??

Probably CPU damage
Change it because it's sensible
