Low batt with Nokia 3310 - GSM-Forum

Hi, the prob is like this...Even with a fully charged battery, the 3310 displays low battery each time when making a call, i tried to reball the ccont but same prob... does anyone have an idea before i change the ccont?

Just replace PA,if you are sure your battery is ok.

yes first step right good but still pb. try check curent or use multimeter R*1 check battery tip between tip+ and tip- with good phone and your phone [may be apare part leak; condenser]

dont bother your self it's 99.99% battery problem
no need to rehot or change pa just the battery good luck

i also have same probs in one of 3310 i had chaned pa, CCONT,ANTENA SWITCH, BATTERY CONNECTOR, BATTERY, AND ALSO EVEN I HAD FLASHING WITH ROLIS FLASHER BUT SAME PROBS IS ANYBODY THERE WHO CAN TELL THE EXACT SOL I WILL BE VERY MUCH THANKFUL OF URS BUDDY......!

notice : when i said change antenna switch it means to use original one . and dont use any solutions instead of original one .......

I read many people in this forum hawe big problems whit 3310 batery low
and power of when during coll. From my expirience I newer slove this problem
yust by changing pa, i tread chnging pa many times but same thing.
I wonder in 3310 change oll bgas 100% ok bga, but same thing, olso clean and
chek batery conector, put new org batery no help stil power of when coll.
But helps me much when i put batery from 3410 because that batery is a beat
stronger, but in some cases evan that not help me.
I read old post that this problem could be sloved by rx tx calibration, to calibrate
rx tx to consuming lees power when coll, but did not tread this yet.
In some pcbs i notice when heat around hagar phone works 2 or 5 minutes ok
bu when get cold batery low, that means cold be some chaps around hagar.

measure the current from bettary connectors while calling if it is more then 400mA's it is because of PA if less because of battery that's it.

i agree check pa plenty 3310 i got with black plastic pa had the same problem but also remove lp511

I 2 had the same problem with 3310.But by changing pa I could'nt solve the problem I reballed ccont,did a fullflashing& the set is ok.Mostly this problem occur due to substandard chinese batteries,leakage in PA,change over switch,corroded battery contact.Check all these things.Best of luck.
