Strange problem with nokia 3310 v4.19 - GSM-Forum

I have flashed the phone and it is working (unlocked) but when you turn it on it displays a short message for about 2 sec. (STOP SIM RESTRICTION PENDING) and then it boots up. Has anyone come across a problem like this? Is there a way to clear this message. The phone was locked to a Greek provider. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

yeah i have come across it once but was unable to locate the reson why. i backed up from 00200000 - 00400000
and reflashed the backup back into the phone. no more errors. dont ask but it worked
