Nokia 6600 - Buttons dont work??? - GSM-Forum

Hello all,

I have the following problem. After I change the cover of my Nokia 6600,
all buttons in the middle dont want work. I put the original cover again,
but they still dont work. I mean the buttons 2,5,8 and the "c".
Please help me somebody.What happend? How can I repair this?

DONT TAKE PAIN SOME TIME'S DUST COME TO KEYPAD IC... SO CLEAN THEM PROPERLY.... TRY TO REHOT KEYPAD IC.... DONT YOU ANY RESOLDING PAST OR SOLVENT.... WILL BE OKI....

try looking at the flex im sure you hit something try to jump or replace it 100% working

please check the flex at the till,i think it damage if not change keyboard n try it,still not work change Z142 n Z140

HI
first I think clean the keypad
second heating Z141 and Z142 or replace them
third resolding UI connector or replace it
last heating on UPP after that replace it and make new SW

upp??? read carefully he said he change the cover for sure the flex is damage

try to rehoting KEYPAD IC ...tested 100%
