1st network problem
changes pfo notwork
but flash phone
per phone start-up failed.contact the retailer help me pls

If u are using the UFS.
1. Erase the handset useing erase flash option.
2. Flash the handset with latest version file
3. Write a good pm file in it.
4. Format user area.
5. At last in U.I. options do last 3 (reset user lock, init simlocks and reboot in Normal Mode).

contact rertailer in WD-2 is only due to user area

just format it problem will be solved

it is pertinenet to mentioned here that if contact retailer is due to hardware than never will solve through software format/flash

hmm....The problem will be solved only with formatting. Brother just format with UFS or use the formula to format the phone.

step 1
Turn off the phone
Press and hold the three buttons *(star),3(three) and yes button(green button) and then Turn on the phone. Format will start.

If format does not start with formula then apply the two formulas first:

step 2
*#7780#
*#7370#

then start from step 1

or try this with jaf :
-conect phone to jaf box
-phone mode,set to test mode
-do file system format,until>>>>jaf format ok.
