Dont know about the oscilloscope but you can buy tools, Jigs, IC's, UEM IC, Cobba Hagars etc from www.excelldirect.co.uk. They also run courses how to repair mobiles. Also they teach how to use an oscilloscope and also BGA work etc. The prices are on their website.
