Please check forum in motorola section.
Flash from c350 very similar with v150. There is a solution for repairing menu key. It is a key combination. I solved 1 pcs with exactly this problem that a client brought to me. When i pressed the key , phone detects key press, but is not entering the menu. Please try solution and post result. I am a little hurry now, but i will be back in 1 hour and search solution and post it here.

The combination is :
Menu - 048263* u get OPCODE then put 18*0 and 18*1

then exit ..restart ur phone....

This is Syed solution. Worked perfectly for me.
