maybe b/c win98 first edition doesnt support USB> BUt second edicition and beyond should work. This is the exact file the comes with the Motorola Truesync Plus data connectivity CD. Ive had no problems with it on Win2k, WinXP, Win ME, WIn98 SE.

Just to make sure....you MUST install the USB drivers FIRST before installing any other programs that you want to use to unlock your phone via USB. So install the usb drivers first before installing PST or VICTOR. Try that

I don't think so..

I had tried it many times on my WinXP, it doesn't seem to support PST, the PST Phone Programmer can work but the Flash & Test Commands cannot detect the phone (problem of USB composite device).

wierd. All I did was install the usb and install new stuff. But from what I have found sometimes if you uninstall you need to edit your registry and delete some parts of it b/c stupid windows never uninstals anything completely there is always a little trace of the stupid program somewehre in your computer.

When you uninstall **** on windows there's sometimes undeleted registry entries. So go into your registry and look up PST or Morotola under the Software tree.
