hi men . i have motorolla c975 and i unclock it with usb-smart and do defult lock and security code . now when i put sim card in it it say "enter subsidy password " . pleas tell me what is it?

It means that the sim, or network lock is still on the phone.
(In other words - It is not unlocked.)

You are unlocking security not network,try to network unlock and if not success so upload version of your c975 press by the *# and power together.
