C1100/C1150 Restarting Endlessly - GSM-Forum

I have had many of these phones, and no amount of flashing with differnet boxes has solved the problem.
Has any1 been able to resolve it ?
What file(s) and software was used ?

I also had same problem after flashing the phones with different versions of flsh file.

I have the same problem with an native LG C1100.
