C1100 automatic restart!!!Please help me! - GSM-Forum

Now,i have C1100 SW version:C1100P16-ESA-V109-XXX-XXf Feb 15 2005.
The phone woking very good but automatic restart .I tried flash full to phone with Vygis but not ok,please tell me any idea for repair phone???This is SW or HW problem???

I understand that you have fully reflashed the phone, and it is still restarting.
Try one more thing: try to reset the phone settings.

If after this your problem persist, then most probably there is Hardware problem.

- 1) Plz read Firmware and full flash(by full flash #2) and buckup them .

- 2) write Firmware from support area ... and rewrite full flash#2 . must be same version of 2 files . and reset the phone after writing the 2 files . result must be Ok . tested by me on more phones .

my c1100 restart every 10-15 sec ,,work fine ,can make a call,and while is call in progress phone work fine,,when go in standby after 5 sec restart ..I try several full flashes (#1 and #2 ) but phone is in same situation ,I flash with vygis cracked softvare

i'm try many times flashing #1 and #2. no rtesult, rehot spu and resolved my problem. it's hardware problem
