KU250 bluetooth problem "only searching for device" when trying to send file - GSM-Forum

Have here KU250, problem when sending files to another unit "only searching for device" is displayed on screen. And when I try to send a file to unit from another phone bluetooth device cannot be detected.Have tried flashing unit using vygis but still same problem. Any ideas how to solve this problem. tia
