I'm an idiot

Hi guys killed the battery on my corsa arizona, for the 5th time the other day but this time the radio died! driving to work without listening to chris moyles and coming back without scott mills is proving too much for me- please help a man in need. It has a phillips radio, type SC 201 (C), I'm not sure which number is the serial number, could this be it: GM0201S1654929 or is it N.6/00746/15377/A or is it 90 381 124. Sorry I'm so hopeless but if anyone can help I would grately appreciate it.
