the display write HELP! customers trying to enter the wrong cod!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the position of the codes, the display write HELP ,as to enable him to write code!

hi
can not remove the "HELP" to display! change eeprom,reprograming eprom with your dump !When I put the radio on the power immediately show "HELP" squeeze simultaneously up "tune" and 1, 10-15 sec still stands "HELP" no change!
any idea?

Have you left it powered on ACC and + & - for 2 hours?

Hi!I send him even a code off dump privat of corse but did not solved HELP problem.I guess is another problem electronical.tell me if you not connected
any eeprom radio turns on?

Agreed, this looks like an electronic failure, tho we shouldn't be giving out code off dumps
Maybe an mcu failure??

reprograming memory. left to power two days, etc.
I have a five dump, and tried, and when I move EEPROM ,to display HELP!
I have to first remove the display "HELP"

Help is not an mcu problem.

Press and hold presets 1 , 3 , 4, and then press on off switch ---- display should change to Sec Deal.

Let me know if this happens

but it gives me the possibility of entry of the 3 digits, I have dumps of code with 4 digits
