it's working 100%
after too much tries to all other softs i didn't get success to unlock e 250.
in F.S.T also i was not successful.
but after using F.S.T pinouts my e250 unlocked at first attempt.
wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i tried to unlock 2pcs c300 but not unlocking i used e700 com cable.

Free unlock e250v is easy:
1. Buy serial Flash/Unlock-Cable
2. Flash Phone with OneNAND_Downloader_v12Lite_for_E250XAFJ4_2nd
3. Flashes are: E250XAFL3.cla and E250XAFL3.tfs
4. Unlock with Samsung_C300_E250_Free_v1.2
5. Make a full reset: *2767*3855#

That´s it!
All Programs and Flashes you get easily through Google.

Push *#1234# on your phone.
If your firmware is C300AMFL1 or C300ANFK1 than take
http://rapidshare.com/files/30591168/C300XXFL4.zip and flash with OneNAND_Downloader_v12Lite_for_E250XAFJ4_2nd.
Then unlock with Samsung_C300_E250_Free_v1.2.
Make full reset: *2767*3855#
Done :-)

For flashing, set Serial-Port-Speed to 115.200 and better flash and unlock without simcard.If you need help, ask. Hope, Cameroon will qualify for next soccer world-championship!
