Samsung tools V2.0.4 flash read

I read the flash from a Samsung e250, both bin and tfs. However when i try to write back the tfs it fails and says that i am missing a cfg file. Is it possible to use the software to read and write the full flash or atleast the bin and the tfs. If not why is the option there if it can't help us. It just causes us to waste time.

I have all these files. I tried all of them. Same problem "CALL ENDED". Only one unit i have seen working locally on 900Mhz and it was a prototype from samsung to the 900Mhz service provider here. I was able to read the MCU but got no CFG with the BIN so neither nspro or ufs is writhing the tfs.
