If you are selling DIV as a complete solution, you are not being fair to your customers by selling it as a separate solution... but that's nothing new...

@evan_silbert
I'm sure it will EVENTUALLY be put into DIV software. But right now he's selling a solution because nobody else has it.

And we dont know if it actually requires different hardware other than a DIV dongle to support it

hello all !

I have a question... with RSA phones, once deactivated using div 5, do you just simply then read the codes? or do you have to flash avr & arm ???

also anyone tried deactivating k700 by choosing t610 or t630, i think it might just work! ;-) i'll give it a try as soon as i get one and post results!

you have to do both... flash avr/arm and do read codes

You can't remove rsa on a k700 that way. Tried it :-) Doesn't even boot the phone

It's good to have this version, but after you remove RSA protection, you must flash the phone, so, at some point, it's annoying. For me, the best solution and fastest is with testpoint...

But, with testpoint you have to also reflash the phone, right?

if you want to do things fast, just make sure you have 100% the same firmware as in your phones.
after it you'll need only to take first 64Kb of firmware and flash it into the phone after unrsa.
for sure if you'll insert wrong 64Kb nothing will work.

@merwin,
There is no need to reflash phone with testpoint, after unlock. Only if you screw up with RSA. Anyway, and this tool Div 5.0, is great. Well, i had one fake dongle of USB div, which was killed by DivUsb4.0 . So, people, be careful.
