Fail to set sp after uem chang on 3650 - GSM-Forum

HI,

griffin box write imei to uem ok imei to flash ok
i have try write pm files then unlock same fail to set sp

is it write "fail to get phone type" then "sp fail"
or fail setting sp direct without any other error
