Help using Tornado UFS-3 Flasher - GSM-Forum

Hi Everyone
I'd just like to start by saying im totaly new to this phone flashing thing, so please explain as best you can.

I have recently bought a Tornado UFS-3 flasher box and im having a fe problems. Could someone tell me how you tell the diffrence between a MCU, PPM, CNT and PM file and what each one does?

Looking at other listing, people say about a part flash and full flash. How do i do a part flash nad full flah and whats the diffrence?

I'm not having much luck with this box and think i may of totaly wrecked my 3220 which i was testing. I only get the screen flicking about 3 times when i press the power button, no lights. I think its dead but if anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

I have the manual, but im finding it hard to understand. Which files do i use or do i flsh using all of them?Where do i start?
