My UFS-3 Box can not detect C200 Acer . I've tried on many pcs of C200 n C201
when I press infor it says "can not detect mobile brand pls. select manual"
the other models of Acer working well With my UFS-3 Box
while my friends's Twister box is doing well on C200 .
So, can u help to solve this Problm. ???

i have some words to say
first of all thanks for all of the saras team for such a wounderfull tool...
i have noticed some things, i dont know if u can call them bugs or what, there were browsing files problem (1.3e), when you open browse window for choosing files like MCU, PPM or CNT you can not arrange files by size so u can choose easly, support area is very poor (http://www.ufsx.com) always sreaching for flash files somwhere else cause i can not find them on the support area.
`till now there is no detailed user manual to explane the most used functions of the tool.
there are no discriptions for flash files which is on the support area like in SE area (languages).
in short words (support area need lots of work).
motorola software can not unlock C200 i tried lots of times (more than 20 difirrent phones), is there any intention to add (motorola E365)?
any plans for adding logging service for reparing bad IMEIs ?
user information phonebook reading it does not work all the time, sometimes it reads less names than which is on the phon`s memory.
i hope if u can put samsung arabic flash files in one folder, like in chinese flash files.

hello there...
to solve this problem do the following
1- install dctx1.3e on your hard drive it will be on (c:\programfiles\nokia\phonix\dctx1.3e)
2-install flash files needed to c:\programmefile\nokia\phoenix\
when message appears "the phoenix application cannot be found on the pc it is strongly recommended that phoenixis installed before this data pacakage do u wish to proceed with this is installation anyway y/no " choose yes.
3-install "flash update 3.13"
after connecting and flashing if the same message "cannot open file c:\programmefile\nokia\phoenix\flash the system cannot find the file specified" still appears reinstall dctx1.3e (overwrite all).
problem will be solved i hope [program need flash loaders which is inside (c:\programmefile\nokia\phoenix\flash )]
always install programe on your active partition
when using 2 Oprating systems like win98 and winxp you need to install dctx on c drive when using 98 and on d rive when using xp.

sorry one last bug...
when flashing 7650 choosed mcu+ppm after finishing mcu program stops and say proccess failed and ppm area is empty had to reflash ppm using (flash ppm only) option.

if is someone up there please help....
I have a ufs3 flasher that works super fine exept wirh samsung phones
can't detect phone and I tried with s300m, e715, x600, a800 and always the same problem:
1) when i try to get info, unlock, reset MMi i get: "failed to enter test mode"
2)when try to read or write flash i get :"1st boot failed: 1st response"
what is happening? the phone is restarted if i give the "restart" comand, and when i tri to read or write flash is shuting down
i'v used softare versions 14i,h,k,l,m same problem every time
tried to boot phones at all baud rates.
i don't now what to do

1st connect software. Connect cable to OFF phone {better u open its casings} & BOX.
Now TURN ON the phone.
Here comes the TRICK - push Read INFO - and then push power on button of PHONE twice thrice a little bit. It will surely read the INFO. Then do your desired task.

ONE more thing - sometimes you will have to adjust the cable position inside the phone JACK. Watch for the BLUE led status of BOX. Place cable in such a way that BLUE led shows some activity.

It is all about adjusting and placing cable. Nothing more. UFS works fantastic. Twister as well.

sometimes, when i flah dtc3 phones, I select the mcu and pmm same version, it appears to flash it,( the blue line goes on when it writes te mcu flash too) but it flashes only PMM. I did not activate the flash pmm only. I had this problem with 3310., 5110, 3410, and 6210...
than I have to downgrade to 1.3 b or c to make it work...
