Hello to all,

If u face this problem, Do the Following

1 Install the latest panel i.e 2.3.0.7 currently.
2 Use Original usb A-B cable.
3 Plug directly to the computer
4 Don't use any extension cord or usb hub.
5 Use High speed internet.
6 Disable antivirus/Firewall.
7 Update box

Definitely get success.

Different cables,different ISP with high high speed 10mb/s
Different computers ,no change
Firewalls Off,Antivirus off =Still same problem,day and night no change.

May be new panel needed.

Finally Updated my HWK

What I did:

1.Download this UFS_PANEL_2307 ( UFS_PANEL_2307 - Download - 4shared ) and extract it to your desktop
2.Disable Firewalls and Antivirus
3.Have a memory stick in your Hand
4.Check if your internet is currently running
5.Run UFS_PANEL_2307.exe
6.Scan Box-Check Box (if Your pc freezes a bit,disconnect box from cable and re-insert it) then Click UPDATE BOX
When you see Client sticking at 2% (or 0%), insert the memory stick in one of the box s usb port for 1 second and
remove memory stick.Update will star and you will get:
"Authentication successfull.
Upgrade client is up-to-date.
Upgrade process completed" :
message.Panel will freeze a bit insert the memory stick again for a second.

That s all.Box ready to be used after installing software.
