connect twister device not found error help please
hello it will not let me install ufs drivers this what got installed
universal serial converter

device type Universal Serial Bus controllers
manufacturer FTDI
location UFS3 SarasSoft

this is what device manger shows me
my ufs3 twister box will not take ufs3 driver

i need help my ufs3 twister will not load usb drivers
i think its a big waste of money twister in the bin it goes

pls explain what exactly the problem is, what i presume is it a new box and are you trying to connect to support site ? explaing briefly.

hello sir no i had bought it second hand i had this probem first
unexpected exception: box auth-error.32
then i sort that out with diag20 then i update firmware to 2.6 then my pc does not see any usb when i plug the ufs box to the usb cable

this what got installed
universal serial converter

i had installed mprog 2.8 and 2.3 when i erased my ufs3 twister with this and repaired with ufs tools and i had the error of usb 2 serial you have to copy the driver folder of mprog 2.3 to the sarasoft driver folder in the c/prog/sarasoft/drivers and update driver or unplug your box and plug it back in and go back to mprog and reprograme your ufs3 propley cant spell thats has far i got but it found ufs3 after that

had purchased one flashing unit 2 years ago at Sahara Market, Mumbai. Unfortunarely since long time I am unable to do any work on this because of No activation was

possible on ufxsupport.com. They are asking the reply from reseller or the u-box is duplicate.

when I connect it to USB it shows below :

UFx Boot V2.2 (C) Sarasoft 2003- Id : 62 CF 1 7

UFs_USB V2.6 (C) Sarasoft 2005- S/n: 72050

Licence True

Feature : 00000001

( To find any problem I removed pcb from its blue alluminium cace I found SHARK-20051208 printed.)

Is there anybody to say something...

solution:

Use Mprog 2.3 istall drivers from mprog folder then in mprog hit scan devices, erese device, open eeprom ( exemple ufs 3) hit program and unplug and plug box, install saras soft original usb drivers and then rebuilt SN of yur box usign ufs3code or other program 10000000% working
