D600 "Emergency call not possible" - GSM-Forum

I have a D600, which does not find network now, and when I try to dial emergency it shows the above message in less than a second.

Any ideas what this could be?
If PA problem, any "alternative wiring" to any available PA?

greeting... did you solved your problem? i remember that u write on gsmkabelek.hu this d600 restarting all the time... after taking back the green things the restarting problem solved.... me to.... but after that i faced this no network problem so did u solved this problem allready?
