U700 - shows full signal, but says "Emergency Calls Only" - GSM-Forum

Customer has brought me a SGH-U700 phone that is unlocked, shows full networks, but does not allow calls to be made. When you dial and hit send, it says "Emergency Calls Only"

I flashed with newer U700 firmware, same result.
I also compared, this is U700, not U700-B.

Anything else that can be done here?

if still not work.. try this procedures...

*Make erom reset with this code.#*7337#
*re flash unit
*unlock it again

re build the IMEI number with its own imei number..If does not work then change one figure in that imei

Please don't post useless things.There is no eeprom for this model

Flash the phone with U700v files all will be ok

Have you tried boot change?And have you flashed the latest U700v files?If doesn't help try unlock imei change file for U700v from support.
If this doesn't help also then hardware problem

Mostly HW issue i say
Still Flashing u can Try....Also Check IMEI for Blacklisting

Also you can try with U700b files
