Now the screen light is working.
And phone just on by itself when battery inserted and still keypad not working

x150 keypad not working:
i removed mic
i removed volume controls
just the on / off button works nothing else, but does not switch off,
keypad failure - next im gona try to remove some diodes connected to
the keypads.

still no soulotion for x150 water damage
I have one but lcd working it power when I hold it but no turn off and still keypads problem
any good soulotion

I have the same problem!
when I clean the water, no lcd, I resolder all the components in the LCD and I get back a lcd, now the lcd is good, but the phone only powers on, and dont´t work the keypad more.

any suggestion?

for x150 keypads not working as a result of water damage remove variastors close to kepad resistors an then wash with volatile re agent alow to dry then place under a light bulb of about 200watta for about 15 minutes allow to cool down then couple the phone and power on
