k700 i put charging ic it show full shortage on both terminals, also when battery insert it auto power on, also sometime chaging sometime not and restart, but on the other hand i remove charging ic it works ok....wat the problem is, so now i remove ic and short two points and make jumper, now it works ok, but i want to know y it show problem when put ic?
