K800i mic identification

I'm a noob. My K800 has been liquid damaged. I've attached the PCB layout. Everything works still (after dipping it in WD-40) except the mic.

I've tried doing the mic test under the service tests but no luck. I attached my handsfree mic, still no luck. When I make a call or receive a call, they can't hear me.

If the mic IC needs to be replaced, where the heck is it?

Can somebody kindly point me where the mic is based on the attached pics?

k800.JPG you can replace with the mic type K750/W700 etc or with Motorola L6.It's same type mic.but carrefuly if you want replace it! Good luck

most inportant chech the mic first there should be continuty on mic as well as on two mic pads on the board . there are many faulty mic in the market .heat the board from under to remove the mic

Gracias. When you say continuity on mic you mean the IC? on mic pads on board? you mean the one on the cover?

And when you say heat the board from under, is this when removing the mic IC?

So sorry. I'm such a noob.
