P800 internal file system corrupt - GSM-Forum

P800 power on, message:

The internal file system was found to e corrupted
and will now be reformatted !
Pressing OK buttom, starting disk formatting -> OK.
The device will now shut down and will need
to be restarted -> OK.
Phone power on, -> same problem ! Phone bad.

Flashing full software for tornado box.
Error message:

PDA 1st Boot Ok
PDA 2nd Boot Ok
BTM 1st Boot Ok
BTM 2nd Boot Ok
BTM Flash Written: 335200 byte(s), Time: 0:15
PDA Flash Written: 16740352 byte(s), Time: 3:14 [0:08]
PDA Flash Written: 4192704 byte(s), Time: 0:50 [0:04]
Chk_Fail: 000000000000000000 5F51 0
PDA Flash Writing Failed: B0C00000, Chk_Fail
PDA Flashing Failed, Time: 3:45

Rehot all flash IC, same problem !
Flash IC bad ???

Replace the flash sdram and then do an uppgrade.
