I replaced already the two volume keys at the left side of the phone but the problem still exist. I can press the keypads but only the last letter appears. For example if i press number 8 when writing message the only letter V appear. Letter T & U does come out and the same with all the keypads.. Anyway, thanks a lot for your help.

Thanks for your support. I fixed already the phone. I replaced for the second time the switch or volume control. The first switch that i installed may be shorted but now okey. Thanks a lot ALKAFONE.
