Post S25 keypad malfunction


My S25 keypad wont function correctly.
Green button ( which used to execute call ) cannot work, also 4,5,6,* ,0 ,#.
When i try to replace my first board to another S25, Its OK.

Where is the path connected to ??

Hi BBand,
No idea where cct leads 2 but if u compare on working board u will find that there is copper track common to 4,5,6 and another track common to *,0,# Both these tracks seem 2 be damaged.Trace where they lead 2 on ok pcb & u should find yr fault.I will check on ok board 4 u 2morrow.

Hi BBAND...

How r u?... Ok there is Simple fault of Strip between two Board (MAin board and Display Board)... Just MAke clean the Connector and REfix it.. Yr problem must b solved....

hi BBand, i think that's the time u have to replace your cable flexible, after a long time use, the cable will have one or two fractured line, if not, the contact place where we insert the cable have made a big hole in the soldering place
