t616 water damaged?


got a t616 from a friend, he said it was dropped in water
after clean up the PCB and other stuff
the phone still doesnt power up, but when i plug the power cord in,
there's a red led lights up
wondering how to fix it... or somebody can hook me up w/ a service manual

If the other solutions dont work, try flashing. Also revive the battery, because it might be dead for sure.
