My Smart Clip no enciende cuando pasa la mano por la box se prende una luz azul la del tx por fabor digame como solucionarlo

My Smart Clip not turn on the hand when he went to the box is set afire a blue light by the tx please howto fix

We need more information to be able to solve the problem:

1. Do you use a battery or a mains adaptor to power your Smart-Clip?
Please, always use 9V 500mA DC adaptor.
2. What indicator lights do you have on your SC when you power it on?
3. Try to connect any phone to SmartMoto program through SC -- does the program
detect the Clip? If yes, please send an operation log to support[at]smart-clip.com.
4. Try to connect the SC to upgrade zone? http://www.smart-clip.com/upgrade.php
Does the program detect the Clip? If yes, please send an operation log
to support[at]smart-clip.com
