Flash memory chip can't be read. There are two main reasons for that:
  1. The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor. In this case the phone needs hardware repair. Connection between the chip and the PCB may be improved by the hot air.
  2. TestPoint procedure was not performed properly - just to make sure please, repeat the TP procedure.

Best Regards
GSMServer team

@ adrianw23,

Reading flash id... 0x90 - 0x0090, chip unidentified, this error from log file shows that flash chip can not be read properly. there are two main reasons for such error:
1. The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor. In this case the phone needs hardware repair.
Connection between the chip and the PCB may be improved by the hot air.
2. Testpoint procedure was not performed properly -- just to make sure please, repeat the tp procedure.

Best Regards
