Dear Smart-Clip Users,

If your smart-clip can't unlock the phone listed as supported on our website please read flash from it and send to support[@]smart-clip.com with your smart-clip serial number.

For instance, in order to read flash from Motorola P2K phones with mini USB socket you should power the phone off, simultaneoudsly press * and #, then power the phone ON. The phone should enter boot mode. Create backup with SmartMoto and send it to our support section.

For oher Motorola P2K phones you should use special cable meant for reading flash (it has 13th and 14th pins shorted). Specifically - remove battery, connect cable, insert battery, power the phone ON. Create backup with SmartMoto and send it to our support section.

smart clip wont unlock the motorola c975 on the new upgrade 2.02 plaese can you help?

hi
i have a c975 that faild to unlock with smartclip when i try to upload flash all i get is sending boot then error so would love to send you the file but can`t please help what to do next

yestoday i unlock 4 Motorola C975 without any problems.
Firmware version - R24_U_80_2F.36I

smart clip unlocks c975.

i didnt notice the version of the phone. but i dont think there are a several firmwares around as these fones were just around lately.

I also unlocked 2 c975 without any problem. But i can't unlock C115 and it is included among the supported models of smart-clip.

Make sure the cable has a good connection to the phone (plug has to go all the way in).

Hi, just got two latest V3 released by Rogers Wireless in Canada? I
tried unlocking both of them (one for me one for my girlfriend. But
I couldnt get either one to unlock??? The phone will goes into Boot
Screen fine, then green light blink once and stay off (not flashing
as usual) and the E/G red light come up after 15-20 sec.Tried with
hooking up A/C power adapter to clip with no success. Aslo try to
backup the flash without success. Any suggestion?

S/W Version: R374_G_OE_40.7AR
Locked to Rogers Wireless in Canada.

i have updated to v2.10 but when i try to unlock v171 the green led turns red after i press unlock, power fone with 5secs and press unlock again. what should i do?

You shouldn`t press unlock two times. Press it once, wait 5 seconds & press power button on the phone.
