Please help for the connection of N343i

hi, I got a connection problem between my nec n343i and pc, I am using a digital camera cable to connect them.
I download two file from:
1) DrvMdmSetup_Pure_V92.exe from www.mobileaction.com
2) HM_uk.zip from this forum they give.

when I connect the phone to pc, its found a new hardware called "xxComms Class, Abstract CM, Modem" and usb device,

first time, I let the pc find the driver itselt, after completed, a "usb device (com 10)" is shown in the device manager. so, I continue to install the handset manager, after all, they can't connect each other.

so, I try another way to reinstall the driver again. I try to install DrvMdmSetup_Pure_V92.exe, it shown a dialog box ask me to choose the phone manufacturer, and it will auto select the phone model(N343i/N353i) and transfer interface(MA-8870), and choose ok button.
it start to auto install mobile action driver, but after a while, it shown a dialog box, ask me to switch on the phone and connect the phone to pc, actually I did. no choice, I unplug the cable and plug it back again. In this time, pc is auto found the new hardware and install the right driver (nec usb com port), but from the handset manager installation box it still shown the above dialog box, I have to choose cancel at this time.
and it shown the install process is cancelled.

I install the handset manager from HM_uk.zip file again.
after all, I run the program and try to connect, I have to go to choose interface setup and set the port to com 10, they are just connected,
this time, the handset manager is downloading data from my phone. I mean it can download my contact entry from my phone sim card.
but I can't upload at all, like new contact list, sample music and photo from handset manager.

anyone can teach or tell me why??
