1st you have to generate licence file with server then tell me here your username. will be fixed.

i have create key file.after that i go for support maintainance tool always says
BAD LOGIN

i did opened a new tichet and sent my info and attached the key generated by maintainence tool but i'm trying to login now from another PC but it keeps telling me wrong user or password.

my user : FGBOX2363

try now..today and yesterday a lot of BAD LOGIN problems have been solved..so pls try and tell us if you still have problems

my BOX SN: 2192E424 so plz issue me new user and pass
