Downloaded and updated the pbb at first try, all runs fine, finally i can run the latest Phoenix.

I heard that LATEST FIRMWARE is 10. Can someone confirm that?

Who told you that ?

Don't you see that when you conect it show you FW from server !
If it says 09, be sure 09 is latest
