Start to rebuild security region...

Security file: C:\Program Files\FURIOUS-GOLD\PACK8\Alcatel\Security\BackupSecurityFile\223X-2CRGES1
Rebuild security region failed!
Error Code: 1064
Please double check the cable and handset connection!
Try it again!

But in other Tool sucess using the same pinout.

Error 1064 means your handset's code region is damaged. Please do full image flash to recover your phone first.

What do you mean Full Image Flash? unfortunately there is NO OT-223 at support.

Better if we have it at Support Download, so we can download it ASAP not wait for how many hour days & get nothing.
