I have wasted £7.99 on a credit to unlock my w810i which your software said it had the unlock feture avalable for only to find it didnt work i sent the email as requested and still no responce i have since mannaged to unlock this phone with Cruiser and i now only want a refund as your service is poor and not prompt and at the price you charge it should be a verry fast responce even a curtisy email saying you are looking into it but no for my nearly £8 i get nuthing if you refund i will gladly post a thank you if you refuse then my origonal statment of you providing a poor service stands and i will be sure to mention it at every opertunaty on all the forums i frequent nd run.

I hope this is enugh to get some sort of responce from you as following your procedure seems do do nothing whatsoever
