No support, No Feedback, No Features - Dead Box

I am a long time user of Universal Box and have persisted for years without a complaint against this box, but this is currently beyond a joke.

I do not care if the team is working on a non-TP BB5 Unlock, that is fantastic for you guys to charge us more credits, even though any of us serious users already have atleast 1 box where we can currently unlock BB5 phones.

How about providing support to the users who have already purchased credit of you to simply not even be able to perform the most simple functions available in many other tools.

BB5 RPL Calculation I can understand as many of the other providers are currently experiencing problems, but what is completly pi** poor is the lack of response or actions regarding DB2020 logs, and just for a further kick in the guts even your CID52 UTMS Service is down.

Not to mention the fact 90% of the BB5 phones fail to flash succuessfully in the end and 1/2 of them need a RPL to revive them (which is made even more frustrating given your RPL Service is down).

What are we left with after paying all these credits? A DCT4 Flash / Unlock and DB2010 / 20 CID 49-51 Flasher/Unlocker and THAT'S IT!

No support or response at all, no wonder I'm considering never buying credit for this box again and solely relying on MTPRO / JAF & SeTOOL, atleast even if its bad news we can atleast expect a response regarding it
