Sometimes helps "Phone reset" function-phone must be ON for this.Anyway as I still not made flasher for KP500-at this moment can't help with something more.

I thing you must correct phone reset functions in vygis software, because many phones can't power on and can't reset with vygis software, but this phones can reset with infinity software and it help - more time tested!

Here is nothing to correct,as for reset is used standart AT commands.You think,that infinity uses others?

Anyway if infinity helps-use it,it is your choice what to use.

Not professional answer! You don't right! You must thing about reset or format ffs functions for LG phones, it's help many times by other softwares. And you now it. About infinity-yes I use it, and I think it's good team. I use vygis software, and wait reset or format functions in vygis software. And dont forget about you customers. All you customers wait this reset or format functions.

My advice-if you don't know problem-better not talk about it at all

Phone reset functions are implemented in everyone my LG software-beginning from LG 2G and finishing LG3Q.About formating FFS-flash phone and it be formatted,it is interesting for me for example how you will format EFS for Qualcomm for example,without flashing

KP500 flashing is not supported yet-if you need to flash KP500 - you need to look for GSMULTI 3.0-exist one thread about KP500 flashing on forum.
