Actually using latest softwares you can flash KP500 via USB in 10 minutes.

For sure not related with flashing.Try to search for net in "manual" mode for beginning

can u plz put more detials about kp500 flashing with usb?cuz yesterday i had kp500 the usb mode not worked so i flashed the set with rj-45 cable and it took one hour.plz can u put the way to flash this phone with usb?

Everything is written in "Help_EN.doc" file.But sometimes if USB bootloader area in flash is damgaed is impossible to flash via USB-in this case only one way-flash via UART with RJ45 cable.
