For correct ZTE Racer or ZTE Blade phone detection, turn on phone in FTM mode (press at same time buttons "Vol. -", "End call" and "Power" for at least 5 seconds). Then connect USB cable, wait till windows install drivers and after can detect phone.

Hi,

You can try this way below, or Go to DC Unlocker - GSM-Forum there own section they can help you properly about your problem.

FTM Mode ZTE Maven

Start by turning off the phone.

After that, hold down Volume Down and Power buttons together.

Release held keys when you see "FTM" message on the phone's screen.

Now you should be in the expected mode.

Go to device manager update the diagnostic driver manually.
