B7722 rebooting - GSM-Forum

a customer bring down his phone to me having a fault of booting automatically,when i diagonise the phone i now thought its due to high data storage i now do a hard reset for the phone.after the hard reset the problem is still persisting.
i tried to flash it with NSPRO box but the version am using does not have the version of the phone.
so please i need a help for this issue

how did you put in download mode
i have the same probleme but i can put in mode
and then i have also a s5610 wich has the same problem
