Unable to log with 5.5.8 supprot side


Hi mates i unable to log with NS PRO 5.5.8 to supprot side> but when i install 5.2.3 then i can log with this version with same machine (P C) but again when i install 5.5.8 i unable to login to support side its saying "REQUESTED PAGE NOT FOUND" whats wrong please help us

br server is down at this time so wait as all we are waiting but strange thing is this that alco is not replying to anyone of them which is rather surprise as i believe that alco and moulnesky both guys are very very responsible one and we do not keep any wrong ideas about them so my advice is just to wait pationtly until alco reply or inform about this issue.

use only internet explorer dont work with firefox

Firefox works fine here with WIN7

Thanks mates ur reply. but my problem is when i installed 5.2.3 i can enter support side> but i unable to log with 5.5.8 y is that?

some thing wrong on your side as firewall exception for nspro
becoz support is OK if working for u in version 5.2.3 should work for latest version as welll...
remove all reinstall and retry
