I Sent mail to [email protected] after 2 week , three weeks even after 1 months with no answer at all . Now do i have to throw my dongle card to dustbin and forfit myself to use Infinity???? Cause after this support response Im really scrudeup with infinitys so called update!!!!!!

Yes, I have got your mails, but as I remember - last time you told me that you do not want to use our box due to you do not need it any more.
So I thought that you forgot about us for now.
Here is a proofpic of your words, you told that you do not want to use our box any more:




I am sure that I do not deserve that words from people like you, and for sure people like you (who have used our free updates and free support more than 4 years) do not deserve our support any more.
We do not block your box, we do not stop to provide updates or support area access, we just do not want to answer to your e-mails and questions any more in future.

I hope you do not be angry on me, I am honest with my activity - you want to insult us without any reason, just because we make our work well (update software for free, make free support), but we do not want to server people who insult us. I think it should be no problems for you, we play in clear game.

Please, do not insult us (or any other people) any more, especially when that people do not deserve to be insulted.

Smart-card can not be upgraded any more !
It is quite rare situation and we are sure that it is not an Infinity-Box fault !
This smart-card can not be replaced for free !
This kind of problem is not an Infinity-Box fault, it is a result of harmful activity of other software !

Here is one of possible damage reasons:
Warning ! Your smart-card can be attacked by harmful software ! - GSM-Forum

- If you have any addon software activated for your damaged Infinity-Box smart-card and
if you have another Infinity-Box we can move addon activation to your other Infinity-Box
(move activation from one smart-card to another smart-card).
- If you see this errors at addon activation stage: you can activate your addon for
another Infinity-Box or you can contact to your reseller for refund.

Hello,

Install required Card-Reader Drivers:
- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
Download files - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6

OR

Insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader (good result for today is with Alcor Card-Reader)

The next steps are:

- run DongleManager
- update Dongle firmware


IMPORTANT: only ONE update try is allowed so in case of problem DO NOT try to update card again !
