Dongle misconfiguration - How to fix

The smart card is not responding to a reset.

It may be a hardware problem.


Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you should buy new Dongle.

After your post i tried to start 2.09 and it had started.
I renamed USB mons in programmfiles.
After it installed 2.11 and upgrade dongle firmware - in had dowloaded somthing drom net.

2.11 and other SPD not starting with same Miconfiguraton problem.
Did you do somthing on your side after mi first post?
What am i doing wrong? I dont have Fault.bin in folder.

I don't have

i renamed

2.11 is installed, and not working.

DM i didn't start today.
